We believe everyone deserves access to a healthy life through convenient and nutritious food. A lot of families and individuals don't have the time, the knowledge, and the money, to provide proper eating for their members or themselves.

We want to change that by bringing them convenient, affordable, and nutritious weekly batch meals.

The food is very delicious! What makes the pricing so affordable is 3 simple reasons:

  1. We cook mostly recipes that we can produce in big quantities.
  2. Because we set the recipes, we can get the freshest ingredients that are available that week.
  3. We only deliver your box once a week.

So for example: If the price of broccoli goes down, we use broccoli that week. If in 7 days there is a shortage and the prices go up, we change it for another vegetable. This way we are able to use the best quality ingredients and create nutritious, never frozen, homemade meals for a reasonable price.

It's very simple!

  1. We post the new menus every Sunday on our website, with pictures and ingredients so you can see if you'd like our next box.
  2. You select your delivery information and place your order in less than 2 minutes.
  3. We go buy all the ingredients the day before we cook them, and cook the day before we deliver. This way we make sure to get the freshest ingredients possible and that the food will be the tastiest it can be.
  4. We deliver to you and you eat everything!

Nope. You don't have to commit to any length of time. You order only on the weeks you want and the amount of boxes you want.

We want you to see our menu every week before you order. That way there's no surprise charges or deliveries if you were to forget to skip a week, and most importantly, no food is wasted!

Currently our menus do not cater to any dietary restrictions, but come back soon as we add more options to fit more lifestyles!

We deliver every Sunday and Monday from 9 AM to 9 PM. Orders need to be placed a day before its delivery. What does that mean?

  1. For deliveries on Sunday, we close the sales on Friday at 11:59 PM.
  2. For deliveries on Monday, we close the sales on Saturday at 11:59 PM.
  3. For new menus, we open the sales on Sunday at 12:00 AM.

None. The cost of delivery is included in the price of our boxes and our drivers don't accept tips.

While we recommend you be there to accept the package, our boxes are packaged so the food will last 2 hours if left outdoors under the toasty Texas heat, or 3 if indoors under A/C.

All the food is cooked by our certified and experienced chefs, at a licensed, insured, and registered Austin, TX restaurant kitchen.

We are currently working with local nutritionists so in the near future, we can guarantee that all our weekly menus follow the USDA recommended daily values for a 2,000 calorie diet. For more information, you can visit the USDA website.

All the food is packaged in containers to be stored in the refrigerator.

No, the food is not packaged individually by meal to keep the costs as low as possible and to save space.

We want you to feel like your grandma came to visit and left you food in your fridge. So pour the food on a plate and heat it up in the microwave to the temperature of your liking.

We try to minimize the cost (and environmental impact) by keeping our packaging as simple as possible. The food comes packaged in bulk (not by portions) in microwave safe, dishwasher safe, freezer safe tupperware, with two ice packs, all wrapped in insulation and packed in a cardboard box.

Our 5-day box is 16 x 12 x 12 inches. Inside there are two types of containers:

The large containers are 11.5 x 8 x 2.25 inches, and the medium containers are 9 x 6.25 x 2.5 inches.

The medium containers are 9 x 6.25 x 2.5 inches, and the small containers are 5 x 4 x 2.5 inches

Absolutely! When you order from us again, we would love to recycle your previous order's box, insulation, ice packs, and even containers. Of course, you are more than welcome to keep them if you want. But if you are throwing them away, we'll take them! So just leave them out for us to pick up when we deliver your next order, and we'll take care of all the recycling work.

With our recycling program, each component that is returned will be inspected to determine which part of the process it falls in. We will reuse only the returned cardboard boxes, insulation, and ice packs to the extent that they pass all health, safety, and other regulatory requirements. Packaging that does not meet those requirements will be recycled and composted as possible; everything else will be disposed of.

Food containers will not be reused.
