Corn Cachapas

These corn pancakes, or 'cachapas', are a very common breakfast dish in Colombian and Venezuelan cuisines. The dough is just a little bit sweet, and perfectly balanced by 'stuffing' them with cheese, ham or pork
  • Cornmeal
  • Eggs
  • Buttermilk
  • Cheese
  • Ham
You can use any of these different heating methods to enjoy this dish!

  • Cover and put in the microwave between 1 to 2 minutes on the highest intensity
  • Reheat it in the oven at 370 °F on 'bake' between 3 to 5 minutes
