My name is Tom Herndon and I am the owner and chef. I started
cooking when I was 14, at my mother’s side, feeding a hungry,
rambunctious family of five kids and two busy grown-ups, plus
various cousins, aunts, uncles, friends and neighbors. I’ve
been cooking privately and professionally now for nearly forty
years. I love it!
Food is my passion. Connecting with people
is also my passion. A busy kitchen full of people is one of
my favorite things. Food
is all about connection – connection to each other, connection
to the earth, and connection with Spirit.
My aim with Full Fridge is to nourish your body and feed your
soul – by giving you back precious time – time
to reconnect with loved ones. One soul-satisfying way to do
that is around a good meal. |
